Refund policy
All sales are final, but if you are truly unhappy with your order please contact me within 7 days and we will work toward a solution. I always do what we can to care for my customers, but also have policies that protect myself from those who would seek to take advantage of a small business. Contact me within 7 days if there is an issue with your order.
What happens if your pot arrives damaged?
1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s) and keep the packaging. This is vital-- USPS will not accept insurance claims without this and may require me to present damaged packaging in person. I know this is WILD, but it's unfortunately true.
2. Contact us ASAP to let me know about the mishap hello@britmcdaniel.com
3. Rest assured that a replacement will be on the way just as soon as possible.
Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, I cannot be responsible for damaged pieces months down the line. Breakable things unfortunately sometimes break. My pieces are designed to be durable, but please use care.
