Shipping policy

Hi Friends! All orders will be shipped within 3 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If you require a rush delivery or other accommodations, please contact me directly at hello@britmcdaniel.com  

 

Due to some recent issues I've added a new policy:

Please make sure the address provided at checkout is correct and free of typos, as I cannot be financially responsible for items that are undeliverable or mis-delivered due to these errors. If a mistake is made and your package is returned to me, I will correct and re-ship your item(s) at the earliest convenience, but the purchaser will be responsible for any additional postage charges. If this is not amenable, the customer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and a fee equal to 10% of the purchase price to cover the cost of my time and labor.
